Founded in 2001, OHS Business Advisors & Chartered Accountants is a well-established accounting firm specialising in both the private and public sectors.
We offer accounting services and the preparation of financial statements, assurance, advisory, secretarial and IT services as well as tax administration and consultation along with other related services to clients within the Border-Kei region.
The team of more than 65 experienced and qualified individuals, allows us to take on extensive projects with the capacity to deliver against our client’s expectations.

Executive Team
Louise Stone – Managing Partner
CA (SA) and RA (SA)
Louise is one of the founding partners whose history with OHS dates back over 20 years. Once she completed her degree, she did her articles with KPMG. Her focus is in the Private Sector and SME’s. Louise’s areas of expertise are in Accounting, Financial and Tax Consulting, Audit and Independent Review.
You will often find Louise walking her dogs on the beach. She also loves spending time with her family, travelling and has a curious mind.
Ruan van de Venter - Partner
CA (SA) and RA
For the last 5 years Ruan has served at OHS, he did his degree at Potchefstroom’s North-West University and his articles in Kimberly at PWC. With over 8 years’ experience, Ruan specialises in Auditing, Independent Review, Tax and Consulting. He focusses on the private sector and SME’s.
With Ruan it is not all work and no play, he is an avid gamer and loves spending quality time with his family.
Lukhanyo Qwabe - Director
AGA (SA)
Lukhanyo has been with OHS for the last 14 years, he joined after qualifying at Rhodes University.
Lukhanyo focusses on Public and Internal Audit, Public Consulting and BEE Consulting and specialises in Auditing and Consulting.
It’s not all business with Lukhanyo, he is a man of many passions especially soccer and farming, and serves as a board member for the Rotary Club of Gately.
Michelle Horsley - Director
AGA (SA), Bcompt
With nearly 2 decades in the industry, Michelle has served with OHS for the last 16 years. She completed her articles here and has become a vital part of the team. Michelle’s areas of expertise are Tax, Accounting, Payroll and Independent Review.
Michelle is passionate about her family and loves spending quality time with them, she is also active and likes to stay fit by playing tennis, walking, hiking and is generally enthusiastic about the outdoors.
Annelize Taylor - PARTNER
CA (SA) and RA (SA)
Annelize has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the last 14 years. She received her degree in Potchefstroom’s North-West University and completed her articles with KPMG. For the last 10 years Annelize has been part of the OHS family. Her focus is in the Private Sector and SME’s where she excels in offering Auditing, Tax, Accounting and Independent Review.
Annelize is passionate about her family and friends and loves spending time in the outdoors and reading.
